Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) Registered Winter 2021 University of Guelph Graduate student; 2) Strong knowledge of leadership theory; 3) Previous experience grading and working as a TA in an area of Management; 4) Must be available required days and able to meet required deadlines, ie grading, student, consultations, training (See Days Required)
Preferred Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**:1) DoM PhD Graduate student (Job Security Period); 2) Previous experience supervising and coordinating TAs; 3) Successful previous experience as a TA for HROB*2010
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Initial meeting prior to January 14; Completion of three UofG wide one-time only online Administrative courses as soon as courses are accessible to TA (before end of January); Student Consultation: Weekly 2 hour meetings; Weekly Office Hours; Meetings: i) Weekly update and coordinating meetings with Instructor, ii) Coordination of UTAs and 0.5 GTAs throughout semester as applicable (16 hours total); Grading Personal Leadership Portfolio (PLP) Final (85 hours) hours total: Weeks 11, 12, 13, 14
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date): 
January 7, 2021 to May 4, 2021
Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $42.73/hr; $5984.76/semester effective 2020/21
