Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) Registered Winter 2021 University of Guelph Graduate student; 2) Strong knowledge of leadership theory; 3) Previous experience grading and working as a TA in an area of Management; 4) Must be available required days and able to meet required deadlines, ie grading, student consultations, etc. (See Days Required)
Preferred Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) Previously taken HROB*2010 successfully; 2) Previously taken MGMT*6200; 3) Successful previous experience as TA for HROB*2010 or HROB*4010
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Initial meeting prior to January 14; Completion of three UofG wide one-time only online Administrative courses as soon as courses are accessible to TA (before end of January); Training 3 hours weeks 5 and 12; Student Consultation 10 hours consulting with students on the Leadership Action Plan (LAP) ongoing through the semester; Participating in and monitoring discussions 15 hours spread out over weeks 1,3,5,7,9,11; Coordination and update meetings 4 hours spread out over the term when needed; Grading - Discussions (60 hours total) Weeks 7, 8, 11, 12 and LAP (40 hours total) Weeks 12, 13, 14
