Required Qualifications: 
Completion of a bachelor's degree in a health science field including courses in pharmacology, physiology and biochemistry. Enrolled as a graduate student. Please list relevant courses completed and your grades.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Completion of BIOM*3090 and BIOM*4090.
