Assist students will all of the data assignments across applicable accounting courses being offered this semester, ie ACCT*1240, ACCT*3230, ACCT*4230 ***IMPORTANT NOTE: U of G will progress its return to more conventional course delivery and offer in-person instruction for most courses in Winter 2022 in line with the Provost’s letter of Oct 18, 2021(https://news.uoguelph.ca/2021/10/update-on-plans-for-winter-2022-semester/). Compliance with the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy (https://www.uoguelph.ca/hr/staff-faculty-hr-policies-support-staff/713-covid-19-vaccination-policy) will continue to be required***

Required Qualifications: 
**Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) Registered W22 University of Guelph Graduate Student; 2) Strong accounting statistics and computer science knowledge; 3) Familiar with both MAC and PC computer systems; 4) Familiar with Excel, Tableau, and other Data Analytics/Visualization Tools; 5) Must be available for all required dates and able to meet required deadlines with accuracy, ie assisting students with assignments, grading, etc.
Preferred Qualifications: 
*Ensure the following Qualifications are highlighted at the beginning of your CV so the Selection Committee may easily view when evaluating Applications**: 1) DoM Graduate Student; 2) Previous experience teaching and grading data analytics assignments; 3) Previous experience teaching or grading accounting
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
1 hour Supervisor/GSA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting January 6 - 12; Completion of three UofG-wide one-time only online administrative courses (one hour each) as soon as courses are made available to GSA (January 6 – 31) and each certificate of completion uploaded to GSA Profile on the Academic Staff Work Assignment website; Assisting students throughout semester with all of the data assignments across applicable accounting courses, ACCT*1240, ACCT*3230 and ACCT*4230: Modification of assignment instructions and data sets - due before January 31; Classroom and student support, including presentations, in February and March and first week in April; Grading: 23 hours last week of January and first week in February, 10 hours first week in March, 25 hours the last three weeks in March, and 10 hours first week of April
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date): 
January 6, 2021 to May 2, 2022
Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GSA $42.94/hr; $6014.68/semester effective 2021/22
