1 hour Supervisor/TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting Prior to Jan 13th ; Completion of three UofG-wide one-time only online administrative courses (one hour each) as soon as courses are made available to TA and each certificate of completion uploaded to TA Profile on the Academic Staff Work Assignment website; Weekly Seminars (50 minutes each): 0101 (In-class) Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:20pm , 0102 (In-class) Monday 2:30 - 3:20 p.m., 0103 (In-class) Monday 9:30 - 10:20 a.m., 0104 (In-class) Thursday 8:30 - 9:20 a.m., 0105 (In-class) Monday 5:30 p.m. - 6:20 p.m., 0106 (In-class) Monday 10:30 - 11:20 a.m., 0107 (In-class) Wednesday 1:30 - 2:20 p.m., 0108 (In-class) Tuesday 4:30 p.m. - 5:20 p.m., 0109 (In-class) Thursday 11:30 - 12:20 p.m., - **Ensure you clearly identify within your Application under ‘Application Specific Information’ the Seminar sections you are available for and your order of preference**; Preparation: 1 hour weekly for seminar and perhaps help organize midterms and exams; Office Hours: 1 hour weekly; Student Consultation: 1 hour weekly; Email Correspondence/ Monitoring: 1 hour weekly; Meetings : Midterm mtg 1 hour and wrap-up meeting 1 hour; Grading (Meet 15 minutes prior to session and grading to be completed within 1 week): Midterms Jan. 28 and Mar 4 and Final Exam TBD Apr 11 - May 2; Invigilation as per above (Lecture in-class Friday 8:30 - 10:20 a.m.)
