Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
1) Must be a registered Winter 2026 University of Guelph Department of Management Graduate Student, preferable PHD; 2) Must be available Required Days and able to meet all deadlines with accuracy, i.e., grading, invigilating, etc.; 3) Demonstrated knowledge and experience of equity, diversity, and inclusion as evidenced through courses taken, trainings completed, and professional (pair or volunteer) experience; 4) Previous experience as a teaching assistant; 5) Provide clear evidence of subject-matter expertise relevant to the course, such as through academic transcripts or related experience
Preferred Qualifications: 
1) Academic background in management, industrial-organizational psychology, social psychology, sociology, or a similar field; 2) Completed master’s degree; 3) Previously graded written assignments
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Supervisor/TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting (as scheduled by instructor). Lectures: Tuesday/Thursday 10:00am-11:20am; Final Exam Period April 9-21 and Final Grade Submission Period to April 28. Please see Schedule of Dates in the Undergraduate Calendar.

Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $49.43/hr; $6,924.98/semester effective 2025/26
