Completing three one-time only UofG online Administrative training courses (2 AODA and 1 EHS Worker) and uploading the 3 certificates of completion to the TA’s Profile on the Academic Staff Work Assignment website
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
1) Registered Winter 2026 University of Guelph Undergraduate student; 2) Must be available required days and able to meet required deadlines, ie grading, invigilating, preparation, etc (See Days Required); 3) Provide clear evidence of subject-matter expertise relevant to the course, such as through academic transcripts or related experience
Preferred Qualifications: 
1) Previous grading experience at third year university level; 2) Successfully completed HROB*3090 course previously with an 75% or above grade; 3) Amiable, flexible and consistent in your ability to mark submissions by students
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Supervisor/TA Assignment of Work Agreement meeting (as scheduled by instructor). Lectures: M/W 8:30 AM - 9:50 AM; Final Exam Period April 9-21 and Final Grade Submission Period to April 28. Please see Schedule of Dates in the Undergraduate Calendar.
