Completion of Making Education Accessible, Accessible Service Provision and Environmental Health & Safety on-line courses (if not previously completed). GTAs are usually required to invigilate two final exams.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Must be currently enrolled in a masters or doctoral degree program in the applied social sciences or a closely related field. Must submit an up to date Resume. Substantive knowledge of the course content area: this course is an introduction to the study of the development of the individual throughout the life cycle. Emphasis will be placed on the interrelationships between physiological, sociological and psychological aspects of normal human development.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Preference will be given to a candidate with substantive academic and practical experience in the specific content area identified above. Experience grading (including on-line grading) and providing constructive oral &/or written feedback on students' academic work is an asset.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
Daily monitoring of online discussion boards. You are needed for the duration of the work assignment as noted under Period of the Work Assignment with start and end dates. This includes being available for the entirety of the undergraduate final exam period in order to invigilate up to 2 final exams.
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date): 
September 5, 2017 to September 22, 2017
Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $41.68/hr; $5,837.78/semester effective 2017/18
