Required Qualifications: 
Graduate students at the University of Guelph, eligible for employment in Unit 1 of Local 3913. Applicants must have excellent verbal communication skills. Applicants should be open and accessible to students with a wide variety of abilities and backgrounds, and able to handle lab exercises, discussions sessions and nature walks independently. Applicants should have sufficient knowledge of biology to be able to convey the excitement of biological science. This position will be particularly valuable for persons who plan to continue in the teaching profession. By applying for this TA position, you are agreeing to be available on campus to complete all assigned duties as determined by the instructor(s), available to attend all mandatory meetings, the dates for invigilating and grading the midterm, and available until the end of the contract to invigilate and grade final exams.
