In this course, we explore ethics in leadership from an individual, organizational and institutional perspective, in particular exploring how ethics relate to the external environment. We begin by exploring the ethical dilemmas facing leaders today and the tools leaders use to navigate ethical challenges. We then look at organizational influences and responses, and then turn our attention to the relationship of business with society and the expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Meet with faculty member who is responsible for this course to ensure TA work agreement is completed, signed and a copy submitted to Executive Programs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Must be a Graduate Student at the University of Guelph with knowledge of excel, word and Courselink. The successful candidate must be extremely detail oriented and have strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing great service and support to students.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Some experience teaching/facilitating an on-line course at the post-secondary level and a background in business ethics would be an asset.

Days and Times Required: 
This is an intense 8-week online course. Should be available to monitor e-mail on weekends and at various hours throughout the week as mutually agreed upon
