Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Enrolled in a graduate program with an undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management, Nutrition of Food Science and completed at least one Chemistry course beyond introductory level.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Ability to effectively work with minimum supervision. The successful candidate will have demonstrated above average spoke and written communications skills. Must be available during class hours.

Lecture: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11:30 am to 12:20 pm Labs: Tuesday 10:30 am to 12:20 pm and Tuesday 1:30 pm to 3:20pm; ; Wednesday 3:30pm - 5:20pm; Wednesday 1:30pm - 3:20pm; Thursday 10:30am to 12:20pm; Thursday 12:30am - 2:20pm
