This course will provide students with an opportunity to design developmental plans for direct reports, assess their own coaching skills, and develop their coaching skills to support the development of others.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
- PhD student at the University of Guelph - some experience teaching/facilitating at the post-secondary level - has some knowledge in the area of coaching and development
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
8-week intense online course. Should be available at various hours throughout the week/weekends as mutually agreed upon with faculty member.
Period of the Work Assignment (Start Date and End Date): 
October 16, 2017 to December 10, 2017
Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $41.68/hr; $5,837.78/semester effective 2017/18
