Residential course offered as part of the MA Leadership program. This course reviews a variety of theories and models that help to explain the behavioural underpinnings that influence and shape management and leadership processes within organizations. Examples from history and current events are explored to illustrate theory.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
PhD candidate at the University of Guelph with knowledge in assessment, leadership development and providing feedback. Teaching experience with the capacity to teach mature students is required.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
7 day intense residential course. Should be available at various hours throughout the week as mutually agreed upon.

Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $41.68/hr; $5,837.78/semester effective 2017/18
