Meet with faculty member who is responsible for this course to ensure TA work agreement is completed, signed and a copy submitted to Executive Programs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
PhD Student with strong working knowledge of leadership theory and practice. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous grading experience at the graduate level. Previous experience coaching and facilitating group dialogues.
Preferred Qualifications: 
Familiarity with sustainability (environmental, social and economic) concepts and issues. Previous experience teaching, especially in online environment. Courses taken in leadership and/or organizational studies. Demonstrated understanding of critical thinking. Previous experience in leadership roles.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
8 week intense online course. Should be available at various hours throughout the week/weekends as mutually agreed upon with the faculty member. Available to complete grading and feedback for 1 week following the close of the class.

Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $41.68/hr; $5,837.78/semester effective 2017/18
