Other Course Description or Assignment Information: 
Residential course as part of the MA Leadership program. This course runs from August 2 - August 9, 2018. The course will enhance participants’ interpersonal competency, as well as their knowledge and understanding of the theory and research underlying the impact of team management and collaboration on the organization.

Meet with Faculty member who is responsible for this course to ensure TA work agreement is completed, signed and a copy submitted to Executive Programs prior to the start of the course. In class assessment. Will be required to deliver a 1.5 hour lecture.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Graduate Student at the University of Guelph with previous TA experience in a leadership program. Demonstrated knowledge of material, communication skills, presentation skills, assessment skills. Must have knowledge in leadership theory and practice as well as the ability to teach leadership concepts consistent with the course rubrics. Ability to effectively convey/describe/deconstruct course content in response to students questions.
Preferred Qualifications: 
PhD in progress.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
7 day intense residential course, should be available at various hours throughout the week/weekend as mutually agreed upon with faculty member.
