Other Course Description or Assignment Information: 
On-line course offered as part of the MA Leadership program. This course runs from May 7 - July 1, 2018. This course reviews a variety of theories and models that help to explain the behavioural underpinnings that influence and shape management and leadership processes within organizations. Examples from history and current events are explored to illustrate theory.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 
Graduate student at the University of Guelph. Some experience teaching/facilitating at the post-secondary level. Knowledge of organizational leadership, and politics.
Preferred Qualifications: 
PhD student at the University of Guelph.
Days Required and Wages
Days and Times Required: 
8-week intense online course. Should be available at various hours throughout the week/weekends as mutually agreed upon with faculty member.

Wage Rate (per hour, per semester, per Full-load 1.0 Work Assignment): 
GTA $41.68/hr; $5,837.78/semester effective 2017/18
