What is probation?

Probation is the Academic Standing [1] assigned to students who do not satisfy the program requirements for continuation of study but that are given the opportunity to continue. The opportunity to continue is for a defined period of time and requires students to achieve a minimum semester average of 60.00%. Students who do not achieve a minimum semester average of 60.00% while on probation will be assigned the Academic Standing [1] "required to withdraw".
