Here 24 Seven [7] is an initiative of the Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network that provides access to Addictions, Mental Health and Crisis Services in Guelph 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Multi-Faith Resource Team
The Multi-Faith Resource Team [8] is a group of leaders or representatives from a number of different faiths, all working together to meet the religious and spiritual needs of the university community.

Stress Management
The Stress Management and High Performance Clinic [10] provides skills training for performance and health to university students in group and one on one programs. Topics include such things as Better Sleep, Managing Headaches, Relaxation and Stress Management Skills and STOP Worrying!
Student Accessibility Services (SAS)

Student Support Network (SSN)
