Where in the world will you make a difference.
“In 2014, I founded Veterinarians International with a team of exceptional veterinarians, business-minded individuals and philanthropists. Our mission is to enhance the health of humans, animals and the environment globally. In Thailand, we have an Asian Elephant Vet Care Program that provides vet care to 200 elephants. In Kenya, we provide vet care to goats that are a lifeline for the families. In Chile and Guatemala, we work with families to get dogs off the streets. 60% of all human disease and 75% of emerging infectious diseases come from animals. So, we need healthy animals if we want to have healthy people.”

"U of G has an exceptional undergraduate Bachelor of Science biology program; you can tailor it to what you’re interested in. My studies included environmental economics and resource management; which is similar to what we need to do on the ground today at Veterinarians International. I am a total science geek, so I loved my biology and biomed classes. Just having that variety and ability to pick and choose was key for me."
