Join a 30-day Yoga Challenge that will help you establish a routine and deepen your practice. Start the new year in a healthy, invigorating way!

Four classical yoga instructors have teamed up to offer more timeslots and options to everyone for the month of January. The aim is to help you through the current lock-down and potentially increase your yoga practice. Come as often as you like!  Fridays at noon there will be a class focused on mindfulness and meditation.

To participate, Join the 2021 New Year’s Yoga Challenge and click on the name of the instructor for the Zoom link. Try not to eat 2 hours before the practice.

This challenge is suitable for any age, or fitness level.
