Tree Dedication Monday To Memorialize U of G Students

The Central Student Association (CSA) is holding a special Student Memorial Tree Dedication Monday, Sept. 18, in honour of five U of G students who passed away during the last academic year. The ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. at the Arboretum Centre.

A Katsura tree located in the Arboretum’s “World of Trees” collection will be dedicated in memory of Annie Belandis, Jordan Budimir-Hussey, Stephanie Fletcher, Darragh McGowan and Chris van Stee.

Family members, friends, classmates and professors of the five students are invited to attend the special ceremony.
