Profs Featured on Canada AM, CBC

Bruce Holub, a University professor emeritus in the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences, was featured on CTV's Canada AM this morning discussing KFC's decision to reduce its use of trans fats.

Holub and Prof. Massimo Marcone, Food Science, are also featured in a Canadian Press story today about trans fats that appeared in papers across the country and on the CBC website.
