Prof To Be on CBC Radio

Food Science professor Alejandro Marangoni will be on CBC radio's Sounds Like Canada Feb. 6 at 10:30 a.m. discussing his development in finding an alternative to artery-clogging trans fats.

Marangoni, the holder of a prestigious Canada Research Chair in Food and Soft Materials, headed an international research team that found a new way to package oils and change them into a solid fat-like gel. More information.
