Construction results in parking lot changes

Effective Dec. 16, Parking Lot P2 behind the Chemistry-Microbiology building will close permanently for the construction of the new Science Complex Phase 1. There will be no access into the construction site without prior authorization from Physical Resources.

Premium parking permit holders in Lots P2 and P31 at South Ring Road will be relocated to the current pay-as-you-park area of Parking Lot P1 adjacent to the Axelrod building.

The balance of Lot P1 will be designated for Service Vehicles and Disabled Parking only. There will be no pay-as-you-park spaces in P1. There will be no changes to the existing premium and service vehicle parking areas in P1-A, located south of the Axelrod Building.

The attendant-controlled section of Parking Lot P31 will be increased to compensate for the loss of pay-as-you-park spaces in P1 & P2. Visitors may also use Parking Lot P44 in front of Johnston Hall.

Please contact Parking Services at Ext. 2118 or Vicki Ricci, SuperBuild Project Assistant, at Ext. 6791 for any questions.
