Fall Preview Day to draw prospective students to campus

Fall Preview Day, the University of Guelph's fall open house, will be held Nov. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event is expected to draw more than 2,000 prospective students and their parents, who will take campus walking tours, learn about academic programs and meet students, staff and faculty.

Event activities include a welcome address by Brenda Whiteside, associate vice-president (student affairs) as well as academic and student service resource displays and information sessions throughout the afternoon.

The opening session will be from 10 to 10:30 a.m. in the main gymnasium of the W.F. Mitchell Athletics Centre, with campus walking tours running from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Resource display sessions will be held from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the west gym and Rozanski Hall, and information sessions on housing, co-operative education services, admissions and finance will run from 1 to 2:20 p.m in Rozanski Hall.
