Canada AM to feature OVC in November
Facilities and services at the Ontario Veterinary College will be the focus of Canada AM’s weekly pet segments during November. The segments air on CTV Mondays between 8:30 and 9 a.m. and are hosted by Ian Sandler, a veterinarian who graduated from OVC in 1994.
The Nov. 8 segment will focus on the canine blood donor program in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital’s Small Animal Clinic. On November 15, Peter Conlon, assistant dean, student affairs, will offer advice on how to become a veterinarian.
OVC’s new magnetic resonance imaging unit will be highlighted Nov. 22, and the Nov. 29 segment will showcase the Small Animal Clinic’s radiation therapy unit.
