Given the current economic challenges, the University of Guelph understands that more students than usual will be feeling financial pressure. We want to assure you that, even though the University is facing its own financial challenges, it will continue to do everything possible to assist students in financial need who face increased economic hardship as a result of the recession. The University will be increasing its base funding allocated to financial aid for the 2009/10 academic year. It will, of course, need to be judicious in the distribution of these funds. [more]
