It was the interesting online papers of Tina Windowski’s group that attracted me here to study poultry behavior and welfare. I believe that the wisdom of nice people here, the “Improve life” motto and the supernatural gryphon will do me a great favor.
After achieving my PhD degree in poultry breeding and reproduction from SICAU in 2005, I have a strong interest of studying poultry behavior, health and welfare for a long time because of my working experience in poultry breeding farm work and teaching Poultry Science in SICAU . I have understood the importance of poultry welfare and been familiar with the behavior and habits of poultry. My on-going domestic project is aimed to guide the breeding of high-quality black-bone chicken (a famous health-care native chicken).
