This session has been rescheduled from February 5th, 2025 to April 30th, 2025.

This workshop's foundation is Prosci's Employee (Staff) Orientation to Change Workshop. The workshop creates transformational experiences that empower individuals to succeed in Change.

The workshop focuses on staff members who are experiencing change. It is most effective when employees impacted by the same change attend the program together.

At the end of this one-day experience, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the states of change.
  • Understand resistance and emotional reactions to change.
  • Apply Prosci's ADKAR Model.
  • Understand aspects of change impact.
  • Create an individual action plan.

The workshop is designed to teach participants how to take control of change and be accountable for their success with the changes impacting them.
