Following the success of the "Leader as Coach" program, we're excited to introduce the "Advanced Skills for Leaders as Coach" course, specifically tailored for university leaders eager to deepen their coaching expertise. This follow-up program is designed to build on your foundational skills, equipping you with advanced techniques to lead and coach with even more confidence and impact. 

1. Advanced Coaching Techniques

• Explore sophisticated questioning methods and emotional intelligence nuances.

• Utilize metaphors and storytelling to unlock deeper insights.

2. Deepening the GROW Model

• Refine the use of the GROW model with reflective practices.
• Apply it effectively to tackle complex, real-world challenges.

3. Building Resilience and Agility

• Prepare to guide teams through change and uncertainty with confidence.

• Encourage a growth mindset and adaptability across your team.

4. Fostering a Coaching Culture

• Implement strategies to establish peer coaching and feedback loops.
• Lead by example by incorporating coaching behaviors in everyday interactions.

Structure for the Sessions:

• Format: Virtual
• Duration: Four sessions, each lasting 2 hours
• Interactive Elements: Role-playing, discussions, and practical exercises

With over 25 years of experience in the coaching field, Jackie has had the privilege of guiding individuals and teams through transformative processes. Her credentials include multiple certifications recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), such as those from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Narrative Coaching, Navigating Transitions, Neuroscience of Coaching and more.
