Helps leaders develop Kouzes and Posner's practice of "Inspiring a Shared Vision." Leaders will learn to clarify values, craft a compelling vision, align teams with common goals, and motivate through storytelling. The session focuses on fostering trust, collaboration, and overcoming challenges in vision-building to inspire collective action toward a shared future.
