GAW Time & Scheduling is now live for all University of Guelph employees. This new University-wide system provides one central place to:
• View work schedules (where applicable)
• Record hours worked (where applicable)
• Submit and manage time-off requests
• View time-off balances
• Review and approve employee time and time off (Managers and Department Administrators)
• Access time and scheduling information from a desktop or mobile device
Depending on your role, some features may not apply to you. For example, many salaried employees will use GAW Time & Scheduling primarily to request time off, however, employees who previously reported hours will continue to record their time, but in the new system.

• Find support information
• Review FAQs
• Stay up to date on important news and updates
We encourage all employees, Managers, and Department Administrators to visit GAWKS and familiarize themselves with the resources available. The Project team will continue to enhance materials and build guides in response to identified needs.
