Leading people is rewarding, but it can also present complex and challenging situations that do not always have clear answers.  Join this one hour discussion based session designed to bring leaders together to explore real workplace situations and learn from one another's experiences. Through facilitated discussion of real leadership challenges, participants will consider practical approaches to navigating the complexities of leading people in a university environment.

What to expect:

  • Discussion of realistic leadership scenarios and workplace challenges
  • Opportunities to connect with fellow people leaders across the university
  • Peer-to peer learning through sharing experiences and perspectives
  • Practical insights and approaches that can be applied in your own leadership practice

Registrants will have the opportunity to submit a current leadership situation or challenge they'd like to explore which may be used to help inform and shape discussions. Please do not submit personally identifiable information. This pilot session is intended to assess interest in creating an ongoing series.
