The ability to motivate and co-ordinate staff in an increasingly complex and ever-changing world is a major challenge facing organizations today; add in the generational divide and the challenge for managers increases tenfold. 

Learning & Development is introducing two new programs to help managers understand the generational divide and develop the skills required to successfully manage four generations at work.

Managing the Generational Divide – October 27, 2011

This hands-on workshop for managers and University leaders and will explore generational issues, challenges in working in a multi-generational workplace, and people management strategies.

Consider the impact of different generational styles on the workplace, and explore your role as manager and leader in reducing employee turnover and creating a motivating, high performance work environment for all staff.
