The University is pleased to announce that members of the Professional Staff Association (PSA), which represents more than 1,000 professional and managerial employees, and the University of Guelph have ratified the renewal agreement that was tentatively agreed to on July 30, 2026. The Compact was ratified by the PSA membership at its Ratification Meeting prior to being ratified by the University on August 11, 2026.

The previous agreement expired April 30, 2026.
