From Thursday February 20 at 4:00 pm to Tuesday February 25 at 8:30 am, CCS will be performing scheduled system maintenance that will impact access to some HR systems.
The following applications and services will be unavailable during the entirety of the service window:
- Human Resources Employee Records (HRER)
- Human Resources Time Entry
- EHS Chemical Inventory
- Self-service personal contact information changes
- Self-service personal direct deposit information changes
- Flex Credit Allocation
Electronic pay statements will not be available for the two following time periods, but should be available at all other times during maintenance:
- Thursday February 20 at 10:00 pm to Friday February 21 at 10:30 am
- Sunday February 23 at 3:00 pm to Monday February 24 at 9:00 am
All other HR systems and services, including access to pension and benefits information via Employee Self-Service [1], should remain available throughout the maintenance window.
