Finding Ways to Increase Vegetable Consumption

Photo of Dr. YiSunghwan Yi (MCS) and co-authors Vinay Kanetkar (MCS) and Paula Brauer (FRAN) are looking at ways to encourage consumers to eat more vegetables.  By providing consumers with recipes for healthy vegetable dishes and allowing them to sample these dishes, Yi hopes consumers will be more likely to eat their vegetables.  "Ontarians Still Not Eating Their Veggies:  U of G Study [1]" - June 24th 2013.
