Real Estate and Housing students tour sustainable and energy efficient real estate

Real estate and housing students Assistant Professor Avis Devine takes her sustainable real estate students on a tour of sustainable and energy efficient real estate in Toronto and Mississauga. The tour was hosted by a variety of developers, investors, and consulting firms, including Avison Young, Oxford, Allied REIT, and Sweeney & Co (architects). The day included tours of operating and under construction office buildings, where students had the opportunity to learn about the greening of commercial real estate from industry leaders. View more pictures [1]
