About

Amy is the practicum coordinator for the Master of Applied Nutrition (MAN) program, a unique one year accredited dietetic graduate program for aspiring registered dietitians.

Amy brings many years of group facilitation, nutrition education/communication, and program development with her to this role, from former work experience with Dairy Farmers of Canada, VON homecare, and ARAMARK food services. She enjoys building mutually beneficial relationships with community partners to provide MAN students with the best possible applied learning experience.
