Noah Boettger
During my time in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, I have made some indispensable bonds with everyone from other students to Teaching Assistants to Professors. I am extremely grateful for these relationships as they made me feel welcome in the department and they helped to grow my passion for the subject. I have made some amazing friends along the way by meeting people with similar interests in my classes. Guelph has truly become my home and a place where I can strive to not only succeed but surpass what I ever thought I was capable of.

Vinay Joshy
I worked at the University of Guelph for several years before deciding to pursue an undergraduate degree. Transferring credits from my college diploma was seamless. Thanks to Dr. Lorna Deeth, I discovered my passion for statistics and worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant last summer where I developed a software with real-world applications in epidemic simulations. Guelph also offers great opportunities for student involvement.
