Meet with Us
Individual Meetings with Student Recruitment Officers are the perfect opportunity to chat with staff and get your questions answered.
This is your chance to chat one-on-one with a University of Guelph graduate and ask questions about:
- Academic programs;
- Student services;
- Residence;
- Student life;
- and more!
Meetings will be hosted through the Microsoft Teams platform so we recommend downloading the software prior to your meeting time. Meetings can be booked up to a week in advance. You will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the Microsoft Teams meeting. Please email find.yourself@uoguelph.ca if you need assistance with the registration process.

These 15-minute meetings give transfer applicants the opportunity to discuss everything from admission requirements to program-specific details and student life at the University of Guelph. Once you're admitted to the meeting, you can unmute and have a one-on-one conversation with a representative on camera.
