Why Environmental Management?
Can businesses positively interact with and protect the environment? Through our Environmental Management degree, you will gain unique skills and experiences to help make crucial leadership and management decisions for the environment. This major focuses on providing up-to-date knowledge of environmental issues through studying and problem-solving real-world issues. You can also specialize in areas that interest you most through a variety of course options.
Students in the Environmental Management EM program may also be interested in studying Environment and Resource Management, Environmental Economics and Policy, Environmental Sciences, or other majors.
Gain Valuable Experience Through Co-op
Our Environmental Management co-op is a five-year program, with four co-op work terms, providing opportunities to work with a wide variety of employers. Co-op is designed to facilitate the transition of students from academic studies to a professional career improving students’ job search skills, work performance and networking abilities, and boosting resume experience.
