Food is a multi-billion dollar industry that is influenced by changing socio-economic conditions and evolving tech. As a Food Science student, you will learn the skills and nuances of the industry to contribute to the food system and be able to work anywhere in the world. Most careers in food don’t include a white chef hat. Instead, they use texture analyzers, study food trends and launch innovate food startups.
