Course Description

40-462 Cell Biology of the Nucleus F(3-4)

Cellular programs in the nuclear cycle of cell proliferation, including cytoplasmic control of DNA replication, chromosome condensation, histone phosphorylation; organization of chromatin, chromomere, telomere, centromere and nucleolus. Related cell fractionation and electron microscopic techniques are included in the laboratory. Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics.
