80-351 Industrial-Organizational Psychology (3-0)

An examination of current theories and practices in industrial and organizational psychology. Selected topics may include problems of motivation and morale, studies of performance, organizational analysis, assessment of the work environment, personnel selection, operations research and systems theory. Also offered through distance education format. (see also psychology core statement).

Prerequisites: 80-231.
