Course Description

86-320 Technology and Society W(3-0)

This course offers a broad introduction to the social dimensions of science and technology and of emerging information technologies. Areas of emphasis may include: the economy, the polity, social relationships, conflict, international relations, ethical, legal and philosophical issues.

Prerequisites: 86-110.
