V--Special Study Opportunities

Certificates and Diplomas

The University offers certificate and diploma programs in Applied Statistics, Computing and Information Science, Food Science, and Public Policy and Administration. These programs are designed for those who want to develop or upgrade skills in one of these areas without necessarily proceeding towards a three or four year degree program. The programs may be completed on a part time basis over a period of time.

A Collaborative Diploma in Public/Private Sector Administration offered jointly with Mohawk College, is also available. Consult the Faculty of Business and Communication at Mohawk for further details.

Those interested in entering certificate and diploma programs should apply to Admissions. Applicants who already have a degree should apply to the Unclassified category. Those who do not have a degree should apply to the General Studies program.
