Introduction to the processes by which genetic information is stored, replicated, and expressed in living organisms and the experimental techniques used to study these processes. DNA, gene-protein relationships, and the genetic code. Replication, chromosomes, transcription, and translation. Techniques employed in molecular cloning and applications.
