The course is designed to provide an understanding of diseases of the musculoskeletal, nervous, reproductive, respiratory and integumentary systems. Diseases of a developmental, degenerative, inflammatory, hyperplastic and neoplastic nature are discussed.The laboratories are designed to provide structural/functional correlations with the lectures and, in addition, to provide instruction in the interpretation of gross and microscopic pathology of tissues.
