Under the ROTP, undergraduates who are successful applicants are enrolled as Officer Cadets in the Canadian Forces. Applicants must be Canadian citizens and pass pre-enrolment tests. Application may be made prior to entrance, or at any time prior to the last year of university studies. Applications are processed through Canadian Forces Recruiting Centres.
